The Woonsocket School District is currently facilitating a $1 million renovation and update project for the Woonsocket High School Auditorium. This comprehensive project includes structural enhancements, audio-visual system upgrades, new seating, and aesthetic improvements. Planned updates may also feature new lighting fixtures, soundproofing materials, and state-of-the-art stage equipment.

However, funding for the project will not cover all planned renovations. That’s why the Woonsocket School District has partnered with the Rotary Club of Woonsocket to launch the Woonsocket High School Auditorium Seats Drive. Your donation of $150 for a standard seat or $250 for a Gold Circle seat will help support the renovation. As a thank you, a personalized plaque will be placed on the seat to honor or commemorate you, a loved one, an event, or an organization. Each plaque is an engraved placard mounted on the chair’s armrest in the auditorium.
