The new ball field at Cass Park was rededicated to former Mayor Ernest Dupre and his son, Ernest Dupre M.D.
Dr. Dupre was a member of the Woonsocket Rotary Club for 50 years and never missed one meeting. He was also one of the original 5 Rotarians who started the Garlic Connection.
Both of their contributions to our city and dedication to children will forever be remembered and today honored these two amazing men!
